About us
AD FAMA – Fulham is part of the Assemblies of God FAMA Ministry, headquartered in Goiânia, Brazil, and led by Pr. Abigail Carlos de Almeida. We were born with the purpose of reaching the Portuguese-speaking community in London and being a spiritual home for everyone, Brazilians and Britons alike.
Our journey in the UK began in 2004 in Harlesden, north-west London. In 2005 we moved to Fulham, meeting at the West London Family Church building — the home that became our UK headquarters. From there the family has grown: today we are four churches, in Fulham, Bow, Purley and High Wycombe.
We believe in the Bible as the Word of God, in Jesus Christ as the only Saviour, in the gifts of the Holy Spirit for today, and in the church as God's family on earth. We share the statement of faith of the Assemblies of God FAMA Ministry.
